Request for exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please be sure to select the correct size BEFORE checking out!

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and correct it immediately. Please contact us at azza1inform@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item. Please email azza1inform@gmail.com to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out.
The fastest way to ensure you that your exchange/refund is processed quickly is to return the item immediately, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost/Stolen Items
Azza1 is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package, please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier, we do not see it again. Azza1 is unable to replace items lost by the carrier or stolen. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you! Please make sure your item(s) are being delivered to a secure location. Major Holidays/Delays
Major holidays will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our small staff does not work on these days, as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families.
